SYNC® AppLink™ connects you to some of your favorite smartphone applications through voice commands. Stream Internet radio, listen to tweets, and more without fumbling through phone menus.27,63
Available on select vehicles, SYNC AppLink uses voice-activated technology to build a hands-free bridge between you and your smartphone applications.
SYNC AppLink-compatible mobile applications are available for Android™, BlackBerry®, and iPhone® smartphone platforms, and new applications are being added regularly. Applications can be purchased and downloaded through Google Play, iTunes® App Store, and Blackberry® App World™.43
Not all smartphones support SYNC AppLink, and not all applications are available for all phone platforms. See the section related to your phone platform for availability and important settings to make your phone compatible with SYNC AppLink.
If your vehicle is not yet equipped with SYNC AppLink, it may be available to you as a software update from the SYNC Owner site.
